The space
1014 Empire Ave has been fully remodeled with completion fall of 2023. It is perfect for families or friends. There are two units. This is the listing for unit 2. Unit 2 is on two floors with the living and kitchen area being on the entry level. This unit has 1 primary bedroom with a King Bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Bedroom 2 is a Queen Bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower and access to the outside hot tub.. Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have two twin beds with a shared bath. Unit 1 is also available for rent.

Guest access
The garage space is a shared space for both units for the renter's skis, and boots. Take advantage of the ski racks and boot and glove warmers when you come in from a long day of skiing. There are three shared outside parking spaces. No street parking during the winter ski season.

We loved this property! It accommodated our 2 families of 4 perfectly. Situated between the Park City resort base area (8 min walk) and Main Street shops and restaurants (7 min walk) the location is perfect!

Perfect Park City Rental

This is the best VRBO rental i've ever stayed in. Literally everything needed for a great stay from kitchen cooking utensils, to ski boot dryers, to paper towels to separate towels for the hot tub. Everything was immaculate and the hosts were great communicators. Location was great, about a 4-5 minute walk to Park City mountain base and about the same to main street.
