This single-level retreat spans 1,000 square feet and features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and comfortable accommodations for up to eight guests.

From there, step into the building lobby and take the elevator or stairs to the 3rd floor, where a bright, open living space welcomes you home. Living Room: Designed with a lodge aesthetic and luxurious furnishings, the living room features a queen sleeper sofa, two armchairs, and a marble-front wood-burning fireplace. Entertainment options include a Smart TV and plenty of games. Step onto the balcony, offering breathtaking views of Old Town and the mountains.
Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen with utensils and appliances, including a Keurig coffee machine and coffee grinder, kettle, and an electric range, ensuring you have everything you need for a delightful culinary experience.
Dining Area: Adjacent to the living room and kitchen, the wood dining table comfortably seats up to six and provides a perfect spot for gatherings.

--Due to lack of crowds and cold conditions, the outdoor pool is now closed until Memorial Day weekend. Also the outdoor smaller raised spa. The large outdoor spa will be open until end of next weekend, then closed April 20th when we start landscaping. The indoor spa located in basement of Building 2 will be open during landscaping (4/20/26-5/22/26). We plan to then close the indoor spa for the balance of the season and open up the outdoor pool and spas Memorial Day weekend for the summer season.

WiFi was not sufficient to support streaming apps on TV.
The condo was perfect for us! The beds were comfortable other than some pillows were a bit flat but we had several per bed. Bathrooms had soap, lotion and plenty of towels. The kitchen had all needed essentials and all cooking items you would use for full meals. The living room had comfy sofas, blankets and nice tvs (no cable included so you need to use your subscriptions to watch most anything).
The location is great- close to the town lift and easy to get around with free bus and trolley transportation. Use the High Valley Transit app to get bus schedule.
The property management team is very responsive if you need anything as well. This was our first trip to Park City and we would stay here again if we come back.
