Our Luxury and private upscale house is 4,400+ sq. ft. house was specifically designed for multi-families and large groups. Our house is a five minute walk to Main Street and Deer Valley Resort is only minutes away. There are six bedrooms and six bathrooms, including two grand suite style master bedrooms with king beds. The lower floor features a third master bedroom with a queen bed and private bathroom. Two additional spacious bedrooms with queen beds share a large full separate bathroom. A sixth bedroom with twin beds sits adjacent to the upstairs blue grand master bedroom; it also has a separate bathroom and is ideal for singles or attending to children.

FEATURES: The large gourmet kitchen comes equipped with professional grade appliances, fine granite countertops, cherry wood cabinets; plus and is stocked with cookware for the culinary enthusiast. The adjoining dining area and great room showcase hardwood floors, expansive ceilings, fireplace and wide screen smart TV to create an all-inclusive festive setting. A large loft with wireless internet access overlooks the great room with a view of the luscious Park City mountainside. The lower level game room features a shuffleboard table, HD flat screen smart TV, surround sound, providing an escape for children or adult fun. The two-car garage with ski and snowboard racks opens into a convenient ski prep room. A private back deck with a new 2023 Hot Tub and natural gas BBQ grill resides against the quiet mountainside. Great setting for adventurers or families with and professional groups looking for balance between the comforts of a luxurious modern home to accommodate winter and summer activities. A new hot tub has been installed for the 2024 year.

LOCATION: The prime location is three blocks from Park City's Main Street in “Old Town,” where world-class galleries, shops and restaurants fill the historic silver mining town setting; furthermore, the free Park City Trolley transports skiers and visitors to Utah's largest ski resort or quick access to Town Lift option. We had a great stay here during the first week of Sundance. A couple of things worth noting...- Rick was awesome. Very communicative before, during, and after the whole trip. Due to the snow storm on the east coast, a lot of flights got rescheduled so he let us have a late afternoon check-out to accommodate which he didn't have to do.- The house is big! Very comfortable for a large party. The two suites are upstairs along with the smaller room with the trundle. Those rooms are huge! The remaining bedrooms are downstairs along with an entertainment room that we definitely used. That's also a nice size.- Kitchen was well accommodated with dishes/glasses/silverware. Stove, oven, and microwave all worked very well.- The only thing to note is that we found it to be about a 10 minute walk (assuming no ice) to the top of Main so it's a little further up on Daly. No big deal unless it's super cold or a blizzard. But easy to grab an uber in that case and get up there.Overall, we really liked the house and would stay here again.

Perfect, Pleasant, Place in PC

The house was absolutely perfect! The chef’s kitchen met all our culinary expectations. Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and outdoor area was all well stocked. The hot tub was new last year and very modern and fun. The grill was new this year and quite nice. The owner was a delight and ALWAYS responded quickly. It was a little bit of a downhill walk to Main Street which meant an uphill track back to the house but quite expected in a ski town. We all made the journey several times including our 80 year old senior. No one complained as we all needed a little exercise. We had a fabulous stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Rick!!

Awesome place

Great Stay!

Rick and Carol was great! Was very responsive if we had any questions at all. They even gave us a list of recommendations around the area since we’ve never been to Park City before. Very specious home with tons of space to move around. Its great for large groups. It’s about a mile and a half to Park City Mountain so it was a short uber if you didn’t want to rent a car. It was quite a bit of a walk but close enough if you wanted to get into Main Street. Overall 5 stars!

Excellent location and large home for friends

We stayed at this lovely home with 13 people ans it was perfect! The distance to downtown and the ski resorts was amazing. The home was great for our sized group as well. We all had our own rooms to share with people and it didn’t feel crowded at all. Would definitely stay here again with a large group!

Large Property with many bedrooms and barhrooms

This 3-level property is great for large groups, with a wonderfully stocked kitchen, a hot tub and use of the attached garage (important during snow season). There are 3 upstairs bedrooms (two master suites) and a twin, and 3 bedrooms,/ 2 baths in the basement. Large laundry room with 4 washer/dryers! These are all the great things about it, plus very kind and exceptionally helpful hosts. The not so good thing is the basement is not well heated and we were forced to run the middle floor heater to make those basement bedrooms' warmth level even tolerable, which barely worked to warm them up. Note that our stay was in August. I would recommend this house in spite of the coldness of the basement, because of all the positives, plus it is reasonably priced for this size house.

11 of us stayed in this house for 4 nights, 5 days. It had plenty of space for all of us. It was very easy to get to the mountains and go into town. We were very happy with how everything worked out. I would highly recommend staying here!

Beautifully furnished and comfortable home.

Three generations of our family enjoyed our stay at this roomy, quiet, fully furnished home. It had everything we needed to have a great time with family. The beds were wonderfully comfortable and cozy with fine comforters and pillows. We are looking forward to returning many times in the future.

Amazing Ski Trip

The house was perfect for my group of 7 guys. There was plenty of room for us to spread out, a large kitchen to cook and eat together, and a nice hot tub to relax after a day on the slopes. Rick made the check-in/check-out process very easy. Location was great, close enough to walk to main street, though a little rough of a walk back (all up hill). Would absolutely stay again!

Would recommend to families with kids and large groups. It’s a bit of a hike into town and to lift, but there is a shuttle at end of road. Not ski in/out.

Great location and well furnished (especially kitchen)

There for a work trip with 4 of my co-workers. The house was well furnished (the kitchen more than any other property we have stayed in thus far). Location was awesome as restaurants were within a few minutes. Communication from the owner was stupendous. We will likely stay here in the future!!
