We didn't even stay at the resort. Our room key wouldn't work and the staff tried multiple times and eventually had to use the master key. Once in the unit, it smelled terribly and had to have the host come. He agreed we needed to be moved but when we moved to a different unit it wasn't two beds like our original reservation and then when he called his boss to get us in a unit with two beds he refused. This in our opinion was unacceptable considering this was already over an hour and a half from when we first arrived. It was a weekday so there was no reason that we couldn't have used the other unit especially since we were inconvenienced. The entire time took about 2 hours and then we ended up choosing to leave and find another place to stay. We were looking forward to the stay. Why no one noticed the odor before arrival is unknown. Disappointed that we had wasted 2 hours of our trip and then not even being able to stay.

Good location that is walking distance from the Canyons base. Ski valet was great for convenience. Close to market. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook a full meal, bake a cake etc.
