This special top floor presidential penthouse has private hot tub, vaulted ceilings, an expansive 85' balcony, four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and sleeping for up to 14. It is the best of the best at the Westgate Park City. Compliment your penthouse home with a premier ski-in ski-out location, and the most complete list of property amenities in the area, and enjoy an exceptional holiday.

The great room features plank flooring, fireplace, vaulted ceilings, sleep sofa, and expansive windows on three sides opening to the wrap around balcony with its views and private hot tub. Full kitchen is provided with stainless GE Monogram appliances. Dining for up to 14 is provided through combination of bar and table seating.

The master suite features a corner location with windows on two sides, fireplace, king bed, balcony access, desk, deep soaking jacuzzi tub, bath with double sinks and shower. Second bedroom also enjoys a corner location with windows on two sides, fireplace, king bed, balcony access, desk, ensuite bathroom with double sinks and shower. Third and fourth bedrooms feature king bed with ensuite bath, and enjoy a sitting area (with door available to separate) with sleep sofa. All bedrooms and sitting areas have flat screen TVs.

Ski Trip

The space itself was great—clean, comfortable, and with nice beds. However, we were under the impression that this was a private home rather than a three-bedroom hotel-style accommodation, which caught us off guard. Additionally, the listing described the property as "ski-in, ski-out," but the reality was different from our expectations. Instead of direct access to the slopes, we had to take an elevator from the 8th floor to the fourth floor, walk through multiple long hallways, and exit into the village center. From there, it was still a walk—while carrying all our gear—to reach the gondola. A more accurate description of the ski access would have been helpful, as we likely would have chosen a different location had we known. That said, the property was well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

end of year ski trip

the property is wonderful with a excellent location. all room had ensuite bathrooms. the only negative was the ski patrollers strike. gondola line was two hours and only 20% of lifts were operational. Vail resorts failed everyone who took a end of the year ski trip there.

Very pleasant staff nice amenities but very confusing signage trying to find our way around the very complex corridor system, elevators connecting to several buildings even staff were finding it difficult to explain best routes !

Westgate @ The Canyons

Nice unit for our family ski trip to park city. The Westgate has ski valet and easy access to the mountain. It’s a bit of a maze but easy access to restaurants and a nice spa and pool areas. Great mountain. Will definitely be back.

Great overall stay

We had a great stay. The unit had a few little issues, like a few drawers were broken, or a lightbulb was out, but over all, not bad. The other downside, is that the place is a bit of a maze, but I was warned of that. But, I feel like once I figured it out, it wasn't too bad. The unit worked perfectly for our group. It had separate areas for each family. The balcony and view was the best part! WE lucked out and the best views for the Canyons Drone show and firework shows on the 4th. It was spectacular and it was a bonus that we could sit in the hot tub and watch them. It was nice to have the option of the ammenities at the Westgate (pool, tennis, arcade). The shuttle was also a great way to get around Park City and it was nice to be able to request it with an app.

Large four bedroom at the Westgate

This is one of the presidential suites -- 4 bedrooms with 4 kings plus two pull out couches, lots of living room space. The kitchen is nice and the furniture is in good shape. There were some games available. Since this is VRBO and not run by the hotel, it lacks a few amenities like bathrobes and we needed to go through the property manager to get some basic things like a roll-away bed, but the property manager was very responsive. The Westgate pluses: best amenities, like indoor/outdoor pool, yoga, SPA, skier services. Downside: It's an enormous maze, and getting around is tough; it's a bit worn down and needs a massive refresh.
