Soak and relax in the private 6-person hot tub on the main deck, or head inside to spread out across three distinct living areas: a roaring-fire Great Room, cozy movie den, & private Arcade Loft (feat. Skee-Ball & Ms. Pac-Man). Just 5 minutes to vibrant Main Street’s world-class restaurants, nightlife, and shops, and complete with a gourmet kitchen, this is elevated après-ski luxury at its finest.

Sleeping Arrangements
Rest is essential after a day on the slopes, and we have designed our sleeping spaces for maximum comfort.

The King Suite: A serene escape featuring a plush King bed and en-suite details.

The Queen Room: A relaxing, beautifully appointed room perfect for couples or guests who want a quiet retreat.

The Bunk Room: Ideal for kids or adults, this spacious room features a custom-built "Super Bunk" with a King mattress on the bottom and two partitioned Twin beds on top.

Extra Sleepers: For larger groups, both the Den and Loft offer additional high-quality sleeping options.

Deer Valley isn't just for winter. At 8,000 feet, warm-season days are cool and evenings are crisp. Like most homes in Deer Valley, there is no AC, but the mountain breezes keep the home comfortable. Hiking, mountain biking, and scenic walkways start right outside the front door, and Deer Valley’s lift-served mountain biking center is just a short walk away. For Summer rentals: Please note the home has room fans but has no AC. At 8,000 ft it is rarely needed, but sometimes during the summer it gets hot and we need to use the room fans

Loft Entertainment
The Loft is a dedicated fun zone featuring a commercial Skee-Ball machine and a vintage-style Ms. Pac-Man cocktail table loaded with more than 400 classic games, including Galaga, Frogger, and Dig Dug.

Custom Artwork
Our home showcases seven pieces of original artwork curated to enhance the modern mountain feel. Highlights include a large mountain canvas in the entry, a hand-painted pallet wood scene, a vintage illuminated metal star, a graffiti-style ski sign, two hand-cut wood mountain doors created by a local Park City artisan, and a vintage Olympic poster with authentic Deer Valley pins.

Why We Chose This Home
After skiing around the country for 15 years, we fell in love with Deer Valley for its legendary snow, its easy 45-minute access from Salt Lake City Airport, and its proximity to downtown Park City. Whether it is the dining, shopping, and entertainment of the town or the hiking, biking, paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing of the Wasatch Back, we found this location to be truly spectacular in every season.

We are a family of four who purchased this home in 2021 with the goal of creating a place where our family and guests can build unforgettable memories. When you stay with us, you will receive my personal mobile number so you can reach out anytime. We want your vacation to feel effortless, comfortable, and special.

This property went above and beyond our expectations! The space was lovingly curated with everything a guest could ask for. The location was fantastic and we could ski in and ski out. Our host provided videos to make it super easy to find our way! If we wanted to get to the lodge without worrying about parking, we simply walked. There was a ski locker on site to park everything after a day on the slopes and a boot warmer. Our favorite indoor activity was Skee Ball! The loft area had amazing game tables. The kitchen was fully stocked and we had so many wonderful meals at the large dining table. This was a magical family vacation made perfect by this wonderful home and host!

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

We loved our time at this impressive condo. We had everything we needed and more, with thoughtful and thorough touches from the host. One member of our group remarked that this was their best ski vacation. The home was exactly as described, and the host was attentive and quick to communicate with. Check-in was easy, ski-in/ski-out instructions were easy to follow, and the host's website/booklet was informative and entertaining. Our family had so much fun partaking in the 'Olympics' with the skee ball and pac man games. The home was well stocked with sleds, games, and an amazing welcome basket. We loved the wildlife and quietness of the area. It felt like we were transported to another world, away from the hustle and bustle of main street Park City. On one of our evenings, a porcupine climbed up the tree next to the porch and hung out with us. Thanks for a wonderful stay, we hope to stay again in the future!

Perfect Experience Start to finish

We've been coming to Deer Valley for 15 years, sometimes twice a year and we've stayed at what seems like every place in town. This was our family's favorite to date! It helped that we got 2 feet of snow, but the house was spacious, clean and exactly as represented in the pictures and description. Our three older kids/teens had no problem skiing in and out and by day two even our 5 year old was doing it as well! The video game and ski ball was a huge hit. The owner is extremely thoughtful, and available. It seems like every detail has been thought of and addressed. It is a house made and set up for ski trips, not just an investment property going through the motions. I didn't feel anything was missing. Tons of extra bedding, towels, etc. the boot warmer and ski locker made things so easy. We rented a car for the first time to make things easier in case we needed to get to snow park for ski school etc, but as mentioned by day two even the 5 year old was skiing out and the car was less necessary. Our older kids loved the independence of being able to come and go as they wanted. We didn't want to leave and hope to be back soon.

Outstanding experience!

Our family stayed here for a five night ski trip. We have four children ages 17, 15 and twin 12-year-olds. We are all big skiers so the ski out concept was exciting and the ski/short walk back in experience was much better than I imagined. It’s basically a ski in/ski out. In an unlucky twist of fate, one of my boys had a fractured foot and couldn’t ski and another was sick all week. This house is perfect for anyone that loves to ski and those that are forced to stay back. There was so much to entertain them. We had competitions on the skee ball, had battles with miss pacman and even completed a 500 piece puzzle as a family. Jonathan, the host, has thought of everything and does an outstanding job of staying in touch.We will be back for sure.

This condo is Fantatstic!! The photos don’t do it justice either. The location is great. Jonathan was a gracious host, he gives great details of the property and surrounding area. You can “Ski-Out” down to Deer valley base lodge 10 steps out of the front door. The “Ski-in” involves a very short walk but you can ski right up to the front door. The ski ball game is a kids dream. The jacuzzi was great after a day on the slopes. The property is well appointed and extremely clean. Highly recommend it!!! Definitely returning

Fantastic Stay

What a fantastic host and accommodations. We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook most dinners there. Jon was so helpful in letting the grocery girls in to put all our groceries away before we got there - the grocery girls are amazing by the way. Good location, ski out and ski in (with a little walk) was very convenient. Just a great stay. Washer drier was super helpful, hot tub was luxurious and took away the aches and pains, and the beds were really comfortable. Highly recommend!

Wonderful girls trip!

4 of us ladies booked this place as a ski in ski out pad for a few days. It was everything we wanted and more. The owners thought of so many touches to make our stay amazing. Everything was perfect, especially the hot tub. I would book this place again and again.

The house was just lovely. The owners thought of every single detail and truly care about their guests. The place is well thought out down to the tiniest details. It was spotless and updated! We loved it! Our one comment is that it is ski out (though I’m a nervous skier and didn’t love going over the narrow bridges) but it took some effort to ski back (including taking off your skis to walk). So if you have new or younger skiers, expect to drop off and pick up at the very close mid mountain or 10 minute drive to the base l! My husband is an expert skier and had no problem with the ski in/out and my 11 and 13 year old kids were fine too (though tired from carrying their skis in the snow!)

Another Amazing Trip to Deer Valley

This property is Top Notch! It has everything you need for a wonderful ski in / ski out experience. In addition the amenities at the condo meet all expectations & needs. We just finished an amazing weekend stay at the home! It was perfect for what we needed. The owners are so incredibly thoughtful and were so wonderful throughout our stay. The home is great for a small family like ours (6 month and 6 year old), but had plenty of options for additional guests if needed. Everything was labeled and easy to use. Jon and family have truly thought of everything! The upstairs game room really stood out as an awesome surprise for our daughter! There are a lot of options in Deer Valley, but this property was just so cozy and felt like home.

Wonderful Deer Valley stay!

Jon was really an outstanding host! He was available for any questions at any time and checked up on us while on the trip. He had fun challenges like highest score on skee ball and pac man plus left a great welcome basket which was much appreciated (and used). Ski out was super easy and ski in was way better than we expected (plus we had very little snow coverage when there so would imagine even better with normal snow amounts). The property itself was perfect for our family of 6. Kids could spread out after a day of skiing and enjoy tv, games or quiet reading across the three floor levels. My husband and I enjoyed being able to take the short walk to the Stein or Goldener Hirsch for a post ski cocktail. We definitely plan to return!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family. Staying on the mountain was so peaceful, we loved all of the amazing views and being in nature. Not only is your home a perfect location but it brought an extra level of fun to our perfect trip. Our kids loved the loft game room and looked forward to our family night skee ball tournaments. Very nice condo. Great host.

This was a very nice condo run by a very responsive and accommodating host. The 'ski out' is great. Very little effort getting onto the slopes. The 'ski in' takes a bit of effort, as it requires removing your skis, walking down two streets, putting your skis back on, and skiing home. Manageable for an adult, however a bit of a heavy lift for children. While the place can sleep a lot, it should be noted this is really only a 3 bedroom - which is consistent with the listing, so we were not disappointed. The extra two 'beds' are pull out coaches in the common area of the house (a den and a loft) that provide little privacy and require the house lights to be off and everyone to be silent to actually sleep there. Something to keep in mind if you're planning on using them. All in, the place was lovely, clean and the host was great. Everything i mentioned above was advertised as such.

Great host, location and property

We really enjoyed our stay here. Jonathan was super helpful and responsive and really went above and beyond to make our stay an awesome one. The location is fantastic, ski on / off right to the base of deer valley. We will be returning next year!

Beautifully decorated top notch Amenities and location

This is our second year to stay in Ridgepoint and you cannot beat the space, location and amenities you get in this unit. It is beautifully decorated, Jonathan is a great owner to work with and the ski out the door cannot be beat! For the price difference, the very short ski in walk is absolutely worth it. No ski checking and having them right at the door is also a big savings and convenience. You truly feel at home in this unit and I highly recommend it for a family wanting easy mountain access without sacrificing unit space size and at-home luxuries. The private hot tub on the deck was so nice after a long cold day of skiing. Excellent experience in all ways possible!
