With Park City’s free city-wide bus stop nearby and an easy walk to local restaurants, shops, and grocery stores, guests will appreciate the accessibility of this classic Park City lodging option.

This two-level Park City vacation rental features a fully equipped kitchen, open dining and living area, and a convenient half bath on the main floor. Upstairs, three private bedrooms and two full bathrooms comfortably accommodate families or small groups. The primary bedroom offers a queen bed, the second bedroom features two twin beds, and the third has another queen. For added flexibility, the living room includes a sleeper sofa, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests in total.

While the interior has a more retro, older aesthetic that reflects the style of earlier Park City vacation homes, the unit is clean, comfortable, and offers excellent value for those seeking a relaxed and homey stay in a prime location. The condo is not air conditioned, but fans are provided during the warmer months to help keep guests comfortable. Additional conveniences include wireless internet access, carport parking, a common area year-round hot tub, a seasonal outdoor heated pool (opened Memorial Day through Labor Day; closed Fall and Winter), community sauna, changing rooms with showers, and an on-site laundry room.

Guests check in through our convenient Direct to Condo process, which requires completion of a short pre-registration form to receive personalized access information. This is a non smoking property; no pets/animals are permitted. Housekeeping services are not included but may be purchased in advance through our Guest Services Office. To get you started, a complimentary bundle of firewood will be waiting for you upon arrival. Should you wish for more, additional bundles can be purchased at the nearby grocery store.
