Inside, you’ll find 1,610 square feet of thoughtfully laid-out living space. The main level features a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living and dining area with a gas fireplace, and a convenient half bath. Upstairs, two bedrooms each offer a plush king bed, while an open loft includes a full-size bed—ideal for kids or extra guests. A queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room brings the total sleeping capacity to up to 8 guests. The layout is perfect for families or small groups seeking a Park City vacation rental that truly feels like home. This comfortable rental is available for long term monthly rentals during the spring, summer and fall and offers air-conditioning for the warmer months.

Check-in is seamless with our “Direct to Condo” system—just complete a quick pre-arrival form to receive your personalized access code. Daily housekeeping is not included, but optional cleanings can be arranged with advance notice. No pets and no smoking, please. Great location. Convenient to park city and other shops/restaurants. Shuttle stop is super close. The pool was not open but hot tubs were. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Our kids loved the loft area and the 2 other bedrooms worked out well. Overall excellent stay.

the space is huge

clean great with 2 couples with kids - they would have their own bed as well - miss to have some extra usb hubs in the plus port .. we can always use some extra - very clean easy bust stop to the lift - basically at the next stop - cold be a walk as well - very reasonably priced

Great Condo with Great Location!

Stayed at the condo for a ski trip. Group had 4 adults (2 couples) and 2 kids. Bedrooms on second floor worked perfectly. Location was great! Shuttle stops right in front of the ski shop next door to take you to mountain. Easy 10 minute downhill walk home.

Very comfortable and convenient

We are a family of 5 with three teens and the condo worked perfectly for us. Having 2.5 baths was key and there was plenty of space for everyone. Easy 5-10 min walk to the Park City ski base and right on the city bus line to take you into old town. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent house the location to the MT was wonderful

Rent Ed this property for a week of skiing in Park city. The house was very comfortable, great having laundry in the unit. The beds where very comfortable. Walking distance to the MT and to.the bus. Looking forward to booking again.
