Suite by the Sea is a brand new large quiet private master suite completely fenced with great private outdoor space and covered patio. Perfect location for walking to all shops pubs restaurants and the best beach in town. Everything you need for restful and relaxing stay including fluffy robes. Large shower with rainfall showerhead and hand held shower. Easy access to the highway and bus stop for all the wonderful activities the island has to offer. Nice covered patio with seating and dining for two a long with sunny outdoor seating.

Such a lovely suite. Highly recommend. Beds were comfortable, pillows as well. Loved the rain shower and the kitchen was well stocked.

The suite , garden, outdoor seating areas and everything was perfect. The suite has so many thoughtful and decorative touches that made it very cozy and welcoming. The coffee machine and milk frother, lovely chocolate cookies(my favorite brand), picnic kit, games and books…just so many nice touches !

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The layout and features of your space were very good. We especially appreciated how private in the space was. We did have some challenges at night with air circulation, but by the second night, we had worked out how to make the space as comfortable as possible for us. If we ever plan to stay in Parksville again, we will certainly consider staying with you. Thank you!

The room was perfect. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom had plenty of room to put your stuff away. There was a cute outdoor covered deck where we had coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. The deck had a small fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. I would highly recommend staying at Leesa's place. We had a wonderful chat with Leesa one day when we came back to the suite and she was outside. Very friendly and made our visit top-notch. Thank you Leesa

The Suite by the Sea was everything we wanted! It is so close to the beach and the highway for all your adventures! The covered porch and Nespresso machine made the mornings even better! There are hummingbirds and butterflies to keep you company! We will be back
