The property is only a few minutes walk from the Parma train station. Upon our arrival, we were met by the two lovely ladies that run this B&B, who allowed us to check in early so that we could drop off our luggage and begin to explore Parma. The property is upscale, beautiful and comfortable AND only minutes from everything Parma has to offer. The breakfast was tasty, with lots of options. The water dispenser equipped with sparkling water became a regular stop. We had an early check-out and the owners offered to prepare a boxed breakfast for us. So sweet and appreciated! Overall a great place to hang your hat while visiting Parma. Many thanks to Mery and Francesca for a lovely stay.

Great place to stay, just a 5 minute walk into the centre of town and a 15 minute walk to the rugby stadium. Would definitely stay here again.

wonderful place and friendly host. Clean, modern, well maintained. The area has some people loitering about whom I wasn't sure about, especially because I arrived at night. The property has big locked door both at the gate as well as at the building entrance.

Stayed with my husband and 2 teenage boys. Room was large, comfy, private, nicely decorated, quiet and well- equipped. Private & secure parking on the courtyard adjacent to the room. Breakfast was SUPERB - quality fresh ingredients and great price. Owner was friendly & polite. A quick walk into town where there are fab bars and restaurants. 1 min walk to the train station - we travelled to the Ferrari museums in Modena which took approx 30 mins with a 5 min walk from Modena at the other end ( train was clean, comfy & tickets very cheap). Would thoroughly recommend

Perfektes Hotel in Parma

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Piumaviola sehr genossen. Unser Zimmer war das Maria Luigia und es war sehr geräumig. Das Bett war bequem, das Badezimmer riesig. Wir haben uns sehr über die Pflanzen gefreut und fanden dies eine nette Abwechslung zu anderen Hotels. Das Zimmer war sehr sinnvoll für Reisende ausgestattet. Viel Ablagefläche und alles blitzblank sauber. Das Hotel hat einen Parkplatz Bereich im Innenhof, hinter einem Tor mit Zugangscode, somit parkt man sicher über Nacht. Wir schätzten das Frühstück am Morgen auch sehr. Wir hatten eine erholsame sehr ruhige Nacht. Gerne wieder, sehr zu empfehlen.

The accommodation was very nice. Comfortable and tasteful. The breakfast was delicious. The area was ok but not an area to do things in. It was located close enough to Parma central. Itwas easy to walk to.
