Paro isn't known as the accommodation capital of the universe. It does, however, feature the Bhutan Metta Resort and Spa, which is located 3-kilometre from the heart of town.

25 kilometres away from the middle of Paro is the Taj Tashi. The Le Meridien Thimphu is 25 kilometres away. You could also choose to make a booking at the Thimphu Tower or the Dorji Elements.

I love this place. I stay every time I arrive and leave Bhutan from Paro. The staff are so loving. The Spa is amazing. Especially the hot rock bath, massage. The food has always been excellent. And the pool...such a wonderful workout. I was told there are renovations in the works, which I am looking forward to. Some of the amenities and placements of connections in the rooms are not well placed.
