At the traditional Cycladic village of Marpissa, well known for its rich cultural life, is located in this wonderful property of four villas, respecting aesthetics and harmony. In an area of 2700 m2, the property offers a swimming pool, free parking, and barbecue facilities in a lovely garden all around. The view is unlimited and gorgeous overlooking the beaches of Molos and Kalogiros and the Saint Antonios Monastery.
This comfortable villa of 120 m2 can be an ideal place for your perfect vacation. Consisting of a ground floor and one upper floor, it can host up to 6 visitors. On the ground floor, you will find a living room with a TV and a double sofa-bed, a big table where you can have your meal, a wide kitchen fully equipped (automatic dishwasher, filter coffee machine, boiler, refrigerator, toaster, iron, a laundry machine) and a small WC/shower. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms (each one of 2 single beds), with a balcony, a spacious veranda and a bathroom. There is a nice outside area on the ground floor, equipped with a big table and chairs, where you can sit and enjoy breakfast or just relax. It has a Wi-Fi connection and it is fully air-conditioned. There is also a basement of 60 m2.
Also for 2024 there is a state tax of 10€/night per house that you pay by arrival.
