We stayed at this property for two days. The property was very difficult to find at first but once you get there it is ok. The property was nice, clean and very comfortable. The owner was extremely nice and honest. It is also close to public transportation, beach and restaurants. Our stayed was beautiful and the owner went above and beyond when my daughter left her cell phone. He brought it to us at the airport. Will definitely stay there again.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
We checked into fivos and no-one spoke English as advertised. On the first day a man who we didn’t know nocked on our door. We opened the door and he told us he did not speak English and then just entered our room. Walked to our rooms safe and opened it and took out a significant amount of euros. No one on the property could explain to us what had just happened because of the language barrier. Me and my wife immediately left the property the next morning because we did not feel comfortable nor safe. If you are traveling to Greece and do not speak the language, I would not recommended this place at all. We found a much nicer property where the staff was professional, spoke English, and made you feel safe for the exact amount of money per night during our time in Paros.

Best decision.

Seems everything is brand new. I forgot to ask his name but the gentleman that did my checkin was so nice. Also, he called me one day before my check out and gave me a Greek Keychain saying that it was for luck. I was really happy in there.

Property manager was wonderful! Very thoughtful and communicated well. The WiFi was out for 2 days of our 4 days stay but he let us know shortly after. Room was clean, almost full kitchen, decent bathroom. Short walk to town of Aliki with restaurants, a shop, a market and a 2 beautiful beaches.

We stayed just one night. The person who welcomed us was very nice and helpful, the apartment super, the only drawback that bothered us was it was not really clean. Seemed that was cleaned weeks ago, we killed a couple of cockroaches y found bugs. Also one of the trash cans of one bathrooms was still with old disposal.

The Apartment manager was very kind and helpful. Chocolates provided for each guest as well as good luck charm upon leaving. Beautiful location 6 minute walk for supermarkets, Aliki bus station, and center. could easily have stayed the entire summer and have been comfortable. Our only complaint would be that the combination oven and stove top did not boil water. since we did not make this known to the manager we cannot fault him.

While the owner was nice, the AC was broken in the room he gave us and couldn’t be repaired. He tried to give us another room but outside that room were evidence of cockroaches…lots of evidence. The place is not in a great location as you have to walk down a road with fast cars and no walking path and the road Fivos is on is full of dumped rubbish and just doesn’t look nice. The property itself is pretty on the outside but very dated. The shower isn’t big enough for a single person and I am not exaggerating. The clean could have been better as well.

Best apartment in Paros, 100% recommended

I really enjoyed my whole week in Fivos Apartments. The room was really clean and spacious, also equipped with everything you need. The staffs are really nice and welcoming. The best part of Fivos is roof top garden. It has magnificent view all day long. Never miss the sunset from the rooftop. It is located in calm and peaceful fishing town. 100% recommended and I would definitely revisit next summer:)
