The two floors are connected by a stylish internal staircase. On the ground floor, guests are welcomed into a bright and spacious living area featuring a comfortable corner sofa, a 55-inch Smart TV, and a seating table, making it ideal for socializing or unwinding after a day in the sun. Adjacent to the living room is a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, which includes all the necessary appliances, utensils, and cookware for preparing meals. A bench-style dining area completes the space, offering a cozy spot for indoor dining. This level also includes a small but well-appointed bathroom for convenience.
