Private: property 5'000 m2 (fenced), beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 06.May. - 30.Sep.). WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, volleyball, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Linen change (suppl. charge extra). Bumpy, narrow motor access (2 km via unmade road, mountain road). Parking at the house. Supermarket 10 km, restaurant 2 km, railway station "Fabro Scalo" 10 km, thermal baths "Chianciano" 38 km, bathing lake "Trasimeno" 45 km. Nearby attractions: Città Della Pieve 25 km, Cetona 26 km, Orvieto 50 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
