Outstanding!

Magic place right in downtown Parras. You can hear the bell of the Cathedral every hour. Rooms are magnificent and food is awesome!

Las instalaciones generales del hotel están un poco descuidadas, podrían hacer alguna reforma para darle un aspecto más cuidado y moderno. Por otro lado, nos han dado la habitación más pegada a la entrada del hotel y el ruido no nos permitió dormir; tanto el exterior (iglesia) como el de la gente que iba entrando al hotel. El aislamiento acústico es deficiente y sería útil haber sabido esa información de antemano o que nos hubieran ofrecido otra habitación alternativa. El personal en general fue amable, especialmente el señor de mantenimiento, quien fue por la noche a arreglar el foco del baño.

No respetaron mi reservación, solicité 2 habitaciones con camas dobles y el hotel no respetó mi reservación, intentan cobrar anticipadamente aún cuando la reservación se realizó pagar en el hotel, las recepcionistas una lástima su mala disposición por resolver el problema, amenazaron de quitarnos la habitación si hacíamos el reclamo aún siendo el día de noche buena. Muy mala experiencia
