I spent 2 weeks at the hotel The first contact with reception was not welcoming, i would have appreciated a question about our plane trip I planned to may be leave the hotel within a couple days Then receptionist was more respectful and welcoming So i decided to stay for the whole 2 weeks My suggestion is that reception should not place calls on speaker phone while guests are having breakfast
