Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Upon arrival room was not clean. I notify the staff that we would be going out to dinner if they could go in give it a little clean the coffee maker still had an old used coffee, insert on it bathroom floor fell sticky, and all the surface areas looked like they had been clean by a dirty rag. We came back from dinner. Room was not touched because it was late. Decided get some rest and let the front to know in the morning next morning. I let the front know the state of the room and then ask them if they could have the room clean anywhere before one to two as we were leaving early and coming back to take a little nap before heading back out again we came back the room still had not been serviced we wear wating in the lobby area till around 3 i finally asked again and they has it servise but its litterly no clean yet again they just made the bed and gave us clean towls. It did pit a damper on out trip cause we wear celebrating our 24th anniversary and we wear lloking foward to staing there
