Nice hotel in a quiet area

Hotel is nice and was adequate for our needs, however, the breakfast was disappointing and the rooms do need updating. Shower was great and linen fresh and clean. We felt it was expensive compared to similar hotels but that may be due to location. Staff were friendly and we enjoyed our stay.

Pretty basic but did the job.

Room was good, bathrooms were ok but a little on the dingy side with a fair bit of mould in the shower. Area is nice though and only 5 mins from a beautiful beach. Staff were faultless and we managed even with the little French I knew and the little English they knew, so overall very pleased and would stay again. Oh and breakfast was excellent.

Quiet Location

Nice family run hotel in a quiet location away from busier Le Touquet, 5 mins drive away. If staying here drive to tennis club by the casino in Le Touquet to enjoy free all day parking. Stella Plage it's self has a lovely beach but is undeveloped and has a small town friendly feel about it.

A good location, walking distance of town and beach. Nicely furnished rooms, not over large but adequate for overnight or short stay. Plentiful breakfast, but no tea available only coffee- so take your own bags if tea's your drink in the mornings!

pleasantly pleased

we were pleasantly surprised with our stay at des sables d`or.we checked in early as we could, the young receptionist was all smiles when we arrived and insisted that she should show us the lounge bar, breakfast room and garden.we were given room 109.which is a bit of a hike from the stairs,with large window overlooking the street( where we parked the car for the 4 nights we were there.).. double bed, flat scren tv, wardrobe, desk and chair.bath room had a shower - also had a hair drier.every thing was clean, room made up daily and clean towels when we wanted them.no tea/coffee making facilities.we did not use the bar, nor take up the option of breakfast, but did use the garden a lot( with a bottle of cold rose and a good book.).there was tables and chairs and sun loungers for use.enjoyed our stay there.

Petit déjeuner très bien, hotel calme, lit confortable mais canapé lit d'appoint très inconfortable. Loin de la mer malgré la description faite, pas de parking et places rares dans la rue. Tables du petit-déjeuner pas débarrassées au fur et à mesure, et pas réapprovisionné, les derniers arrivés ont ce qui'il reste (45 minutes avant la fin)

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cette hôtel la chambre était spacieuse et propre. La salle de bain un peu petite mais correct. Seul bémol l'isolation des murs entre les chambres.

Chambre petite, pas de table de chevet, j'avais la vue sur le mur à 20 cm. Pas de réfrigérateur, la TV ne marchait pas bien. La chambre n'était pas très propre. Petit déjeuner et personnel bien.
