The magnificent custom single level home boasts approximately 3,829sq. ft. with a spacious soaring ceiling great room with fireplace at the center of the living space. The large chef-quality kitchen with breakfast bar is exquisite and flows well within the living space. Additional highlights include the large formal dining room, wet bar with refrigerator and amazing custom sound system throughout. There are ample rooms in the home including the Master Retreat which is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day. The spacious bedroom features a fireplace, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower as well as its own fireplace and access to the rear yard. In addition, there are two additional en-suite guest rooms with one having its own fireplace. There is also a private guest room and bathroom located off the kitchen area. The outdoor living space has not been forgotten as everyone loves to enjoy the amazing Paso Robles weather. Spend the afternoon and evening in comfort and relaxation as you enjoy both the sunshine and the vineyard sunsets.
