• This unit is not pet-friendly. No pets are allowed on the property or inside the unit. Guests who bring an unauthorized pet may be subject to additional cleaning fees, damage charges, and/or cancellation of the reservation in accordance with platform policy.

• No smoking or vaping - This is a smoke-free unit. Smoking, vaping, or the use of any tobacco products is not permitted inside the unit. Smoking inside the property is subject to a $500.00 fine
• Please note that quiet hours are observed daily from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. During this time, please keep noise to a minimum out of respect for neighboring guests and residents
