From the moment you arrive, it feels intentional, elevated and unlike anything else nearby.
Designed for families and groups who want to stay together without sacrificing privacy, comfort or style, the residence comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests. With prior approval and additional sleeping accommodations, groups of up to 20 may be accepted.
From the spacious gathering areas and large porches to the beautiful beach views, every part of the home feels distinctive, welcoming and memorable.
AN UNMATCHED PASS CHRISTIAN LOCATION
Many properties describe themselves as being near the beach or close to downtown. At The Manor on Scenic, both are truly right outside your door.
The home is located directly across from the beach and harbor on Scenic Drive, between Davis Avenue and Main Street. Restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, salons, the Yacht Club, parks, pickleball courts, tennis courts and other recreational amenities are all within an easy walk.
Despite being in the center of downtown, the residence remains peaceful, private and removed from late-night noise.
Few private homes in Pass Christian offer this combination of space, beach views, walkability, historic character and accommodations for a large group.

OPTIONAL SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
Two luxury twin fold-out beds are discreetly stored in Bedroom 3 and may be prepared upon request. Two additional thick-mattress twin fold-out beds are also available for approved groups.
All supplemental beds are stored out of sight when not in use and are prepared only when requested. Additional linen and setup fees apply.
With prior approval, these accommodations allow the residence to host up to 20 registered overnight guests.
A BOUTIQUE EXPERIENCE WITH THE PRIVACY OF A HOME
Guests have exclusive use of the private residential portion of The Manor on Scenic. This is not a hotel, and the overnight accommodations are never shared with other guests.
The ground level of the building is home to K Pavolini Boutique, a high-end women’s boutique, and Refresh Wellness. Both businesses generally operate between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Their presence gives guests convenient access to shopping and wellness services without leaving the property while preserving the peaceful atmosphere and privacy of the upstairs residence.

The Manor on Scenic transforms beautifully into an intimate wedding and private event venue, offering elegant indoor spaces and outdoor celebrations overlooking the Gulf.
Standard overnight reservations are limited to registered guests, with an absolute maximum of 20 people on the property. Weddings, receptions, showers, dinners, parties and other gatherings with additional guests require prior approval and must be reserved through our separate event booking process.
