Ws war eine sehr schöne grosszügige Wohnung, sehr sauber.

Pros: Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber. Lage in Passau shr gut. Nicht weit zur Altstadt. Cons: Der Checkin: Die Bedienungsanleitung für das Schlüsselkästchen passte nicht. Wir konnten nur durch die sehr nette Reinigungsfrau rein. Sie erklärte uns die manuelle Bedienung des Kästchens.

Diese schlechte Bewertung geht NICHT gegen FeWo! Finger weg von der Wohnung Felix Living 1 in Passau (Vermieter Felix F. P.)!!! Unzumutbarer Geruch in der dunklen, an der Hauptstraße gelegenen Wohnung. Noch vor Ort versuchten wir ganz freudlich mit dem Vermieter zu sprechen und eine Lösung herbei zu führen. Der würgte uns am Telefon ab und war danach nicht mehr erreichbar und meldete sich auch nicht. Unter dem Strich sitzen wir auf unserem Geld (wir haben die Wohnung nicht bezogen), der Vermieter behauptet, es wäre noch nicht richitig gereinigt/gelüftet gewesen. Richtig ist, dass sie Reinigung noch nicht fertig war, die Reinigungskraft vor Ort den Geruch, über den sich schon mehrere Gäste beschwert haben, sehr wohl bestätigt hat - sie sollte ursprünglich ein Ozongerät aufstellen. Mal ganz abgesehen von dem Schimmel im Bad! Genießt Euren Urlaub in einer anderen Wohnung - aber nicht in der Felix Living 1 in Passaur von Hr. P. Wir haben das erste Mal über FeWo gebucht - wussten nicht, dass Holidu der Zweitvermittler ist und wer der eigentliche Vermieter ist. Dies passiert uns nicht nochmal. Schade um den Ärger, den versauten Urlaub und die 300 €.
