We stayed at hotel La Vela while attending a wedding nearby. We were more than pleasantly surprised by the hotel itself. It was in an excellent location within the town, on a quiet street a couple of minutes walk from the historic center & lake. Rooms were clean with a balcony & nice bathroom & beds very comfortable. We extended our stay for an additional night so that we could cycle around Lake Trasimeno. Silvia was wonderful to suggest parking areas in the nearby towns for visiting the sites & was helpful in booking a hotel for us as we continued our travels in Italy. I highly recommend Hotel La Vela & we would definitely stay here again if we were to return to Umbria.

Ritornati dopo tanti anni quando ancora c’erano i genitori dell’attuale titolare e lei era una bambina. Gentilissimi, cordiali, ambiente famigliare, ma soprattutto ottima ristorazione, la cena nel loro ristorante è stata davvero ottima, impianta me te molto bello e qualità eccellente.
