Amazing home in Passignano PG
This well-kept and tastefully furnished vacation home is located in a slightly hilly position in the countryside in a quiet side valley about 12 km from Passignano sul Lago. From the first floor with spacious living area and open fireplace you can reach the covered terrace, from where you can enjoy a wonderful view over the countryside. Since the house was built on a slope, you can reach the pool area directly from the bedrooms on the 1st floor via a rear exit. On the spacious garden plot you will also find a barbecue area and a grove. Visit the pretty town of Passignano sul Lago on Lake Trasimeno and explore the small island of Maggiore, which can be reached by passenger ferry and where you can taste the fresh fish of the lake in the restaurant. Nearby you can easily reach towns worth seeing in southern Tuscany, such as Cortona (about 30 km), Montepulciano (about 50 km), Pienza (about 65 km) as well as the ancient Umbrian capital Perugia (about 35 km) or the small town of Assisi (about 60 km, birthplace of St. Francis of Assisi).
