Traditional stone cottage with a large garden and private parking space

A spacious apartment on the mezzanine level of an old farmhouse—rustic and cosy. A large cypress tree at the entrance has always been its distinguishing feature. It’s located in a very quiet residential area, just a stone’s throw from the Passignano lakefront and the main amenities. Inside, you’ll find every possible comfort; we’ve even thought of our youngest guests and our four-legged friends. There are three comfortable bedrooms and a sleeper sofa for two people in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped.
You’ll have the entire property at your exclusive disposal, featuring a large garden equipped with a sitting area and lounge chairs, as well as a beautiful pergola where you can dine and relax with friends, complete with a brick oven and barbecue. There are spacious shaded areas where you can rest during the hottest parts of the summer.
Spacious on-site parking.

Everyone loved it

The house was more than we had dreamed of. We had everything we needed and we loved the garden to relax in and a perfect place for an outdoor meal and room for kids to play. Thank you to our host for being so responsive answering our questions. Perfect!

Our stay in Passignano sul Trassimeno

The stay at Rossellas home was wonderful. The house is equipped with everything you need. The garden is very nice with old pine trees and olive trees and has a nice table in the shadow outside. Rossella herself is very friendly, helpful and supportive. Our dog liked the garden very much as well. The surrounding of Passignano, the lake and Passignano itself really worth to visit. Umbria was a wonderful experience and we can only recommend a stay at Rossellas home! Valeria, Valentina, Stephan & Philipp

We had a wonderful time in Passignano! The house was even better than the pictures, and we loved everything about it. The kitchen was very well equipped. although we didn’t cook as there were so many excellent restaurants by the lake. Our stay was fantastic, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return.Rossella, the host, was incredibly responsive and helpful with everything we needed or any questions we had. The train station was 10 minutes walk from the house and we took the opportunity to go to Perugia another beautiful city.I honestly cannot fault the property. Passignano itself is such a beautiful and picturesque town I cannot wait to go back!

Soggiorno molto piacevole
