Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
MY ROOM HAD SEVERE BLACK MOLD ISSUES. I asked the staff to move me to another room. They said id still have to pay for the original room I paid for plus rent an additional room! I have photos showing the unfit condition of the room.
