The location little farts from the town not convenient ,the bed covers not clean , a lot mosquito and insects .one things very upset was my money inside the red envelope was get stolen l didn't know until I get back to China and my friend's money inside the luggage was get stolen too.☹️☹️

The rooms are no where near the office. Spent an hour looking for the office to check-in. What you see in the pictures is not what you get. Rooms are not near the beach. The one we stayed in had a mouse problem.

This was my best expirience that I got when I stayed in this villa which clean, very comfortable beds and they provide the best service during all my staying on the villa. My friends and me very like the private big pool and open jacuzzi where we done many many photos. Exectly when we do party we have BBQ grill and manager delivery for us ice for our drinks, also very nice to stayed here. I read many revies before and now I write for you my expirience. This was the perfect villa.

파타야시내와 해변과와 너무 떨어져있다.

아다3측에 미리 전화로 예약이 잘 되었는지 확인전화해보니 호텔예약번호와 회원이알고 있는 예약번호와 달라서 당황했었고 호텔스닷컴 한국전화상담 직원도 불친절했다. 분명 호텔스 닷컴 잘못임에도 미안하다는 죄송하다는 말도 없이 전화를 끊어 마음이 불편했다. 아다3 직원도 친절한 편은 아니었다. 영어로 서로 대화는 했지만 일처리속도가 느렸다. 체크인하는 곳과 우리 숙소와도 멀어서 아다3측에서 무료로 이동시켜주는 카트차량을 이용해서 움직여야했다. 우린 8명의 사람이 같이 움직여야해서 번화가로 나가려면 항상 택시로 이동하거나 아다3측에서 오후5시까지 무료 시내픽업서비스를 제공해주는데 기사에게 전화했는데 지금 올 수 없다고해서 택시를 타고 숙소로 들어갔다. 마지막 날도 미리 전화해서 10시 30분까지 체크아웃하려 하니 차량을 불렀으나 오지도 않아서 전화해보니 20분이나 기다리란다.. 아직 차량이 출발도 안되었고 지시도 안내린 모양이다.. 숙소는 우리만 지내기에 너무 안락하고 조용하고 좋았으나.. 개인차량을 가지고 가야 편할듯.. 다시는 이용할 생각은 없다.

價錢設施一流,Reception有待改善

住宿十分好,空間很大,私人小泳池一流,私隱度也很高。每天下午也有一隊 house keeping 員工細心清潔,要求加東西也會很快完成。 我住的是91/5號VILLA,3人房那種,位置有點偏是真的,晚上回去要自己認路,的士司機也不一定懂。 每次外出都要找Reception call 車,但他們做事很慢,英文水平也一般(我們當中己有英國人跟他們聯絡),試過一次下午打了15次電話也沒人接,用了75分鐘也找不到我們要的雙排車(我們有8人),中間給我們叫了1次7人的士(只可坐6個人的,因要計埋司機),仲要收500B,一般收300-350B,跟他們投訴,但他們叫我們照迫上車,而貴係因為他們要回佣........最後我們只可行出大馬路自行找車。(但第1天那輛又不用回佣,可能係某職員問題) 最後退房時(早上10:30)也要叫酒店的電車接我們回Reception辦理,也等了30分鐘,而接我們回曼谷機場的包車最後等了20分鐘,所以如果要趕去機場的朋友,就要多預退房時間
