We had to remind the staff two three times to clean the room. Towels were not changed. We requested two deluxe rooms but got one with balcony and one without.

Unfortunately I can't give a good review of this property because the staff sold my room minutes before I arrived. The room was booked 1 week in advance and paid for already. The only reason I'm not rating 1 star is because the customer service representative that I talked to, did help me secure another hotel reservation in the same area with no additional cost. He was polite and apologized for the mistake, but I was one of several customers whose room was sold before they checked in. The hotel he found for me was decent but not as nice as I would have liked and because there was an event that night, all other hotels were sold out. The hotel I ended up in, Dream Hotel Walking Street, was a bit overpriced as I did end up needing to extend my check out another day and the price was VERY high for the quality of room. Unfortunately at this point, I cannot recommend Ambrosial Suites or Dream Hotel, unless you REALLY want to be close to walking street. Even then, there are probably nicer options for the price.

It was 3rd Floor without Lift , room with single small washroom . There 3rd Floor is metal roof , huge noise when raining , only one plus point is there location is good , remains all is So -So
