The manager was very rude. Reserved two beds and gave me one bed so had to carry my luggage back downstairs across the pool area into second elevator two times until got the appropriate room. Manager very rude about this. Also no hot water, safe doesn’t work and asked three times for someone to open safe and never came to fix. Also many cockroaches in room. When you turn on light you see them scatter. The only good thing about this place was a young man named Ta. He was friendly when you arrive always had a smile and was helpful, he should get promoted to manager because the actual manager is horrible. Dirty hotel don’t leave valuables in your room many guests complained of valuables being stolen. Would never stay here again

I will not set my foot at this hotel, even if my life depended on it. One of the worst hotels in Thailand !!! Nothing works, room-to- reception phone don’t work so for every little thing you have to walk to reception area. AC unit blowing right in your face so you are going to get sick, it’s a guarantee!. WiFi, when it works, is enough to search on google but that’s it. YouTube or streaming media is only available at the lobby area. The workers at the hotel even know that. The mattress is so hard, firm and old, it is like sleeping on the floor. Hot water, if you are lucky enough to have it continuously, trickle like a small little brook and not like a shower. Faucet is broken in the shower, stupid heavy glass door to your room. I think this is the worst hotel I ever stayed in Thailand. Nice pool but that’s it. Stay away from this hotel unless you like to spend your time in this beautiful country being sick every day. I gave it 2 stars for the pool otherwise it gets 0 stars from me

Would return to my room most of the time to see and exterminate a cockroach or two. Small mainly and able scarper under skirting boards but room probably needs cockroach bombing. Shower pressure not the best but hotel okay overall and friendly. Roaches not what you or lady friend want to see when you come to your room. I would not rate this a 4 star hotel.

Location was good. The hotel is definitely not a 4-star hotel. The room was adequate. Continuously had to ask for maid service, though. You get what you pay for. I would definitely do more research before heading back to Pattaya. This was a last-minute booking, and I ended up leaving 2 days early just to get a nicer hotel. It was what it was. Cheap!!
