DON'T STAY AT THIS SO CALLED HOTEL

You can take the advise of this review or ignore it, its up to you. This is not a hotel in any way it's a residance. The front staff absolutely dont care. My internet was not working, I asked them 3 times to fix it, they never did. I had to ask over and over again to clean my room, finally at 7pm they cleaned my room. The fitness center is hot as hell so it's hard to workout. And the BED IS HARD AS A ROCK, I couldn't sleep for the 2 nights that I was there. A dead cockroach in the hallway for 2 days that wasn't removed. The location is in the middle of no where and stray dogs everywhere. I was so happy when I left. Its was the worse experience I ever had... now it's up to you if you want to stay.. good luck !!

Take your own towels and toilet paper with you!

I have stayed at CCR previously and never had any issues. This vacation I stayed here for 6 nights, with problems nearly every day with my room getting cleaned and fresh towels etc. Firstly, I arrived after 3pm and it took 35 mins for the reception to find me an available room. They initially took us to a room that was still not made up and looked as though the previous guests had left that day. I was given new room which was clean and tidy. The following day the cleaner never arrived until 5.15pm. The day after, the room was cleaned but no toilet paper or towels provided. The following day again no toilet paper, but our dirty (make-up) and wet towels had been folded and placed on the bed! Spoke with reception at 11.45am and came back to our room at 7.45pm and still no clean towels. The swimming pool and fitness area is very modern and clean, but it's a shame with the lack of helpfulness from the hotel staff and obviously aren't interested in meeting guests needs when kindly asked.

Nice hotel unfriendly staff

Nice hotel doesn't get much sun with the layout off the building. Staff at reception are very rude not welcoming at all need to get new staff I think that want to work.

One of the newest cleanest most comfy places to stay in Pattaya would highly recommend cable tv and WiFi comes as standard nice pool gym and steam room 9/10

Quiet & Relax

Friendly staff and helpful chamber maid. Everything look pretty new.. Good for those that need some quiet time relax by the pool. It also come with a big room with full gym equipment. Location might not be easy to access.

Please reconsider!

The hotel was very clean, but very loud at night around 7pm till about 5/6 am from the other tenants. We were on the floor where they were doing construction so you could smell the fumes throughout the day. The WiFi barely worked and on our last day. They wanted to hold our deposit because of a dirty towel. We weren’t aware that they charge to use towels and I informed the front desk of that as well. The hotel is about 25 minutes from the beach and the area around it isn’t the best.

New Hotel

Hotel is new and certain area are still under reno. It will be good if the work can start after 9am to minimize the disturbance to the guest. And this will be the 1st place i stay without a line phone in the room, no way i can contact the front desk when someone is knocking at my room door middle of the night and i just don't understand why everyone is slamming their door day & night. What attract me most was the gym room, new equipment and all in good working condition. As for location, i will give a 5/10.

Alles in allem sehr gut, Preisleistung top. Gym gut ausgestattet, schöner Pool, sauberes modernes Zimmer mit Wlan und TV. Freundliche Rezeption, wenn was nicht klappte haben sich die Damen sofort gekümmert. Gerne wieder.
