The staff is nice and proactive. It is quite and clean place with nature . The rates are affordable compare to the facilities provided with swimming pool ,tea kettle, with coffe.

Quiet, clean & friendly

This truly is a "garden resort" since finding noise, bright lights and crowds is no challenge in Pattaya. It is difficult to get around on foot but that is the price you pay for seclusion. Load a map on your phone and do a little foot research and you find that you can reach other areas more easily by avoiding the main roads. So. Pattaya Rd can be seen from the courtyard - 3 or 4 minute walk and catch a baht bus (thirty cent fare) to Big C Supercenter in 5 minutes, or the other way to Walking St/Beach Rd in 10 minutes . All the staff were so kind to me; breakfast is the only meal & menu is limited but consistently good. If you always have to be in a crowd then stay on Beach Rd or LK Metro. I like the respite and unbeatable price.

No soft drinks available in hotel, not allowed to bring drink in, so I had to leave premises to get a pop, and drink outside hotel, food not allowed in from outside hotel. A couple of guests ordered a pizza told by by manager outside food not to be brought in. So spoilt their time..though insufictiant on site restaurant, could go on though rather put it behind me.

Quiet Hotel

Chaba is a very quiet hotel. Staff are very helpful, pool clean and refreshing. If you are wanting a hotel close to the action with a full buffet breakfast and noise then this isn't the place for you. Simple and relaxing, thank you.

Great place

Everything was good, special thanks goes to song receptionist , housekeepers and the lady owner. Only issue I had was with internet, my room couldn't connect with hotel wifi, so maybe request a room in reception building if you need it . Can't rate breakfast either due to was either to early or to late but I'm sure it's fine is included in room rate .

The hotel was basic and the pictures on website were of rooms that are let full time so we're not available. Pool was good but to shaded by trees. Rooms were clean but surrounding area including stairs had cat/dog poo everywhere. It was cleaned up regularly. Breakfast was a waste of effort

Stylish room with a good night sleep

We stayed for 5nights. The lady owner and here daughter are really nice people. Our room was beautiful, the bed was very comfortable, wifi worked well, good lighting and a nice work table and chair. (Although wifi was off for almost 3 days due to some wiring-technical issues, the owner did here best to sort it out and was sincerely apologetic about the situation.) Our included set breakfast was good and filling. The pool was small but clean and nice. This is a relaxing place away from Pattaya madness but still close enough to get to it by a 20bhat songthaew per person or a 20mins walk. We wished we had booked our remaining 5nights here too. Definitely a good value place with very nice people.

Was allowed to check in early and the room seemed OK, but on looking round the area it was a bit too far from the night life for me. The cost for my few days was minimal, so I moved on to somewhere more central.

オーナーの男性は気さくで感じよかったです。 案内された部屋は断水するは、湯沸かし器が潰れるなど、トラブル続きで部屋を替えてもらったのですが、今度はテレビが液晶なのにデジタル放送が受信できず（初めの部屋は受信可）アナログのみで写りが相当悪くオーナーの奥さんに言っても改善できず、Ｗｉｆｉも繋がったり繋がらなかったりと設備の悪さが目立つホテルでした。
