New luxury housing with high-quality design finishes. Delivery of the house was in December 2019. Ceramic tiles on the floor in all rooms, energy-saving air conditioners of the latest generation, electrical equipment, ceiling lighting. Floor-to-ceiling French sliding Windows.

Large double bed with orthopedic mattress, bedside tables, built-in wardrobe with lighting, dressing table and mirror, TV, TV stand, air conditioning. There is a comfortable cot for 3 people.
