Modern kitchen with hot water at the sink, 4-burner ceramic hob, microwave, large fridge with freezer compartment, dining table and 4 chairs. Bathroom with safety glass shower door, Electrolux automatic washing machine. Hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, safe box, sheets and towels provided. The "Paradise Residence" building is located 280 m from the beach in a "soi 7" street where you will find: restaurants, hotels, massage salons, beauty salons, bars, pharmacy, grocery stores. The building is guarded 24 hours a day, the floors are serviced by a lift, the parking lot for motorbikes and cars is in the basement
