Building work going on they moved me to a different block but then they started building work in that block the noise and dust was terrible there is no way I would have booked this place with building work going on

Odor problems

Our stay was a Next bag. The worst part was when we opened our hotel room door. The overwhelming stench was all you could feel. So the unusual part was straight ahead was a sliding glass door, closing the little entryway off from the main bedroom the bathroom and the kitchenette. We’re all in this area with the door into the bathroom so we learned if we kept the toilet lid closed the bathroom door closed and the sliding door closed in the bedroom sure enough there was no odor. Isn’t that a strange way to run a hotel? We did complain to management the very first night and they came up and sprayed

we have stayed her previously and all the rooms are slightly different with what they offer in the way of cupboard space , this time our room was fairly good . But the shower room had no extractor fan or window so the room was constantly wet unless the cleaners mopped the floor. there were very damp patches on the walls in the bedroom which made the place constantly smell musty . A pair of jeans in the wardrobe which were worn ony for the flight out and back went mouldy in the wardrobe so they needed washing before the flight home ! As always on holiday we get up late so had to ask for the room to be cleaned a couple of times but the housekeeping staff got used to it after abouy ten days ! and eventually cleaned without being asked . One day the old towels we taken away but no new ones left , reception have no access to clean bedding or towels so we were given towels reserved for use by the pool only ! one day we had a very dirty sheet left on the bed , black with mould or grease which could not be used and nothing in reception to replace it . A kettle and a small fridge are provided in the room but we take our own tea and coffee , and buy fresh water and milk . Over all it's pot luck on the quality of the room you get !

The hotel was situated exactly where we wanted it. Reception were always helpful. Room cleanliness was ok but not brilliant. We had clean towels every day and the bed got made. That's it! Wifi was poor abd sporadic.

3 star condotel in great location

very good location in Jomtien beach with easy access to many good restaurants and entertainment. pool is ok but only couple hours of direct sun. it is a condotel so each unit is different finishes and conditions. cold AC. comfortable beds. big balconies. nice clean little gym with full set of dumbells, two benches, and a few good machines. staff at front desk were friendly and very helpful. building is older so you get what you paid for, but overall a good stay. wifi was terrible and not usable in the room. wifi never stays connected more than 2 or 3 minutes unless you are in the lobby.

Rundown… Terrible internet, bad plumbing, broken kettle, fridge with intermittent power/dodgy outlet. Sold as “deluxe” room. Though bed was okay. Excellent location for Jomtien.

Overall OK.

Overall the hotel is ok. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is located on a good place. The hotel is in need of an update but it is good value for money.

No one to take my luggage to my room, had to manage it myself. No one to see me to my room for room details. Cleaning crew is totally understaffed and do the best they can with so many rooms to clean, not their fault. Also, broken boards in boardwalk to rooms,dangerous, need repair asap. Had to beg for help with my luggage during checkout. Will not stay here again

Room size good - location good basic facilities however - toilet had flooded before and a drainage problem - due to lack of skilled labourers to do basic fit out of bathrooms. otherwise great for what we paid.

A value for money stay at jomtien!

The hotel provided value for money. It's very close to the Main Street in jomtien and a 5 minute walk to the beach. It was reasonably clean and the staff were pleasant. The rooms are very spacious. It's the second time I've stayed here and grumble for the price I paid.

OK hotel good breakfast close to beach and shops

The room I booked was supposed to have a double bed but there were two single beds pushed together. not really satisfactory and the room was very noisy. next to the elevator and a very noisy Tour bus park with noisy Chinese Tourist arriving late and leaving early every day. I requested a room change several times but had no luck. This almost spoiled my holiday but I was determined not to let that happen.
