Very nice property overall. The naming of their rooms is very misleading. "Poolside" doesn't mean that you are actually poolside at this hotel. It simply means that the pool is somewhere on the side of the building, regardless if you can see it or if you are near it. "Wordsmithing".

The property is very comfortable overall. However, the descriptions can be considered very misleading. "Poolside" simply means that the pool is somewhere on the side of the building that your room is on. It doesn't mean that you will have even a glimpse of a pool. Don't pay a higher price with an expectation of actually being poolside.

I love this hotel but one thing. The room doors slam shut and it is loud. I think a rubber strip in the door jam would soften the slam when the door shuts. I did appreciate there was no road noise.

The hotel manager asked for a deposit that a receipt was not given for therefore she basically kept my $2000 Baht room deposit since I had no receipt. I had no recourse which is likely my own fault. However, honesty would be a great turnaround for this persons character. Disappointed in her but nice property overall in need of some improvement.

A hidden gem

This hotel is amazing. Great, quiet location that is within walking distance to any and everything you could need. Super friendly staff. Very modern vibe. Only negative is the WiFi isn’t great, don’t even try watching Netflix on the tv as it loses connection constantly. But don’t let that discourage you from staying here, hard to find a better hotel in pattaya for the price
