Vi havde lejet en familie villa med 4 værelser. Et fint hus, men man bør skrive, at værelserne ikke ligger samlet inden for samme væggen. Man skal låse sig ind og ud for at komme ind til hinanden. Det giver udfordringer, når man har børn med.

Admired this place for a few years now from a distance, stayed at a small family run hotel for years very close by, my wife wanted to visit so I booked for 11 nights in a deluxe room with breakfast, that’s where it ended, check in was ok , the room was very old and dated furniture, the bed was rock hard , yes the place is very quiet as it’s off the main road, this place was probably beautiful 15 years ago, it’s very tired and dated and is desperate for a revamp and repaint, the pool was good , the breakfast was average depending on how many people were staying, the night time restaurant was ok , my wife wanted this place to be perfect but sadly it’s tired and in need of a major revamp to modern day standards , sadly I won’t stay there again and sadly I can’t recommend

I absolutely loved this place! If you are travelling with a dog (or even if you’re not), I recommend this place! It has beautiful grounds (perfect for walking my dog around when we had enough of the beach). I actually almost didn’t book this place because of many bad reviews but I’m glad I did! The staff are lovely and helpful and the breakfast that was included in my room rate was great! It wasn’t a spectacular breakfast and it has everything you need, and you get a beautiful view while you eat. The location is perfect, a 2 minute walk to the beach and so close to a huge street food market, as well as several 711s. The room was great, I booked the Thai House as it was per friendly but I was upgraded to a Junior Suite which was lovely. Lots of space and it was ground floor, perfect for my dog. I gave a 4 star for cleanliness only because my sink had a blockage problem and it leaked, and because of this when I checked into the room there was grey dirt in the sink b cause it had obviously taken so long to drain. But everything else was perfect! Don’t listen to the bad reviews!

Ok so the swimming pool area is nice with a bar with a view at the front . The bar adds 10% service charge to drinks plus the prices are high for the strip as a result it's half full all the time . Breakfasts are good and staff lovely inside . Rooms hmm well most rooms have a bath with shower over head and I think that's a bit cheap . I asked to change rooms which they did for free . Honestly the excellent reviews this gets seems challenging would I stay here again no but it's fine if u want a nice pool area . I had one dirty towel which was a.rwsukynof a dirty floor which the hotel wanted to charge me for which annoyed me

Photoshopped and disappointing

Definitely photoshopped! Pet friendly but only in the Thai houses. Pool/restaurant area is very disappointing. Management is not very welcoming. I would not recommend this to my friends.

Terrible experience for 4 star hotels: 1. Rude and arrogant service staff from the old lady sell the beer on swimming pool. . 2.The hotel ttry to scam me and lie I break cup of coffee try charge 359 baht for nothing they lie my girl break it because she go before me but I call and she not break and they know it and let me go when it didn't woek. 3. The a.c remote didn't work. . 4. Room full of masquitos. .

I booked a 4 bedroom family bungalow, what I got was four separate rooms with 8 single beds.

We paid 7,500 baht (plus 1,000 baht for 2 small dogs) for 1 night, 3 bedrooms unit. The bedrooms was dark, old and dusty. The figures in the bathrooms were old and not work properly. We had to call to have staff come to fix the water heater. All rooms were not mosquitos proof. The bed rooms are on the separate floors, staying as a multi-families with kids are not recommended!! Also you will need to take the bulky room keys with you when you leave the bedrooms (even just to hangout in the living room which also in the separate floor) otherwise the door will locked, you will need to call staff to open for you. It was super inconvenient!! It is not worth the money! Don’t let the photoshop photos fooled you!!

Friendly staff but not very helpful

We had leak in our room middle of the night . I am talking about major leak like a bucket of water came down to our bathroom from some one else's bathroom up stair. No hot/warm water the whole time we stayed. let the hotel knew about the problems. They sent people to check on it but the staff could only clean the leak up and fixed the hot water and the hot water worked for like a min after the staff left. At this point I just gave up. They never offered a new room or discount or anything for all the problems we had.

Not recommend as poor service and hygiene

Staff are not very helpful during our stay. A man seems like a duty manager was rude.with bad attitude. When we ask them for some information they just not attentive.and not helpful.at.all. Villa is small not as the size listed on the booking site, bathroom is dirty and very horrible.breakfast, hygiene and service is much below standard
