Pros: Great supportive staff, very kind and welcoming, felt comfort. Cons: Bathroom 3/5. Floor 2/5. Pool 2/5. Biggest flaw: BUGS! Had to be changed to 3 different rooms before actually having a room without critters! They were all over the floor, bathroom sink, by the fridge, even some on the bed! I was itching by the 2nd room! I am thankful the staff understood after I showed videos but the stay itself has promise. And the look fits the profile. But 2nd and 3rd 4th check up should be on rooms, granted I requested 1 early check-in so I excused the tidyness of room # 1 but after the critters were in a 2nd room then I was upset. Sidenote: 1. The power went out at random? Startled me a little Thank you staff but the manager/supervisor needs to just get the exterminator to visit more often

There is no restaurant on the property and hardly any restaurants within walking distance, The beach is a marsh that smells very badly. The electrical outlets are European so any American devices you’re going to need an adapter. The Internet read about 20 MB however both my friend and I had to continuously log on every few minutes because it would not let us stay connected

Nice well maintained hotel. Staff excellent. Stayed just at start of pandemic outbreak and had flight cancelled. Staff assisted with contacting airline English speaking really good doing that little bit extra. This on top of nice apartment highly recommend. Location a little away from everything but otherwise terrific

best value hotel in Pattaya

This hotel is newly renovated . I think not many people know that it already opened .9The room is nice and clean . Fast wifi and large led tv. Motorbike rental is only 250 bath per day . Hotel has a shuttle bus service , you can ask the reception . Parking is available . Best value for money .

새벽에 도착해서 정말 잠만 자려고 예약했던 곳인데 , 제가 좋아하는 스타일이였어요 호텔이 너무 아기자기 예뻤어요 깔끔하고 다만 화장실 수압이 약해서 그점이 아쉬웠어요, 늦은새벽에 도착했는데 방도 업그레이드 해주시고 서비스도 좋아서 만족했어요 앞에 파타야 오션뷰도 만족입니다 :)
