到達旅館辦理入住等了很久才有人來處理，居然沒有我們原本訂的房型，換了一間無窗的房型給我並退了200元的差價，房間、浴室均有潮濕味，住起來很不舒服，一大早便趕緊退房

payed for delux, when i got there they didnt have, dirty, paint peeling off the walls, didnt clean the room at any time or put water in fridge. or clean towels. very disapionted.

He said that it was not booked from me. I have been confirmed and paid. The hotel does not take any responsibility. Previous to me, trying to call to inquire.
