行2分鐘到小夜市、便利店、很多按摩，6分鐘車程到T21，行4分鐘到沙灘，週邊便利。有歡迎果盤，一大盤。別墅比較開揚，客廳同房間之間是戶外客廳，常常要除拖鞋和著拖鞋。清潔度不足。戶外客廳很多灰塵。廚房沒冷氣和抽油煙機，但廚具是足夠的，沒有Gas爐。很多昆蟲，蟻、蟑螂、老鼠都見過。沒有水提供，放了4箱水在雪櫃邊，以為是給我們，飲了，但原來是收費的，從沒試過沒有水提供。如果下大雨會濕身入房。有5間房間，3間內有洗手間，有一間去洗手間比較遠，所有洗手間都沒抽氣。樓上有3間房間，2間套厠，房間大但冷氣不足，床鋪很舊，有血跡，樓下是2間房，2間都在戶外進入，所以很多灰塵，一間有套厠，另一間很小，床墊直接在地下，什麼床架也沒有，被鋪邊墊在床下（即地下），彷彿睡在地上，我們15人，但只有12人的被鋪。幸好自己帶了。有2台雪櫃，戶外廳雪櫃有飲品，問問才知道原來要付費，費用價格放在廚房，所以要小心。付按金5000時亦沒有提醒。戶外還有一間浴室洗手間，有熱水沖涼，水壓都可以，厠紙配給。泳池水很好，游完水都沒敏感，滑梯很好玩。客廳冷氣足球，但卡拉ok是有線咪，壞了。有桌球可玩，但桌子有很多黑色班點。本身房子很好，略嫌清潔度不足。大多戶外位置，這幾天很涼爽，所以我們影響不大，還可以燒烤，非常之好。清潔及換毛巾通知他們便可以。我本身在Expedia留言給他們沒回應，前2天亦沒有收到入住訊息，我在Google Map找到他們的電話WhatsApp 他們，前一天才收到回覆。他們會在房子等我們。
