I been to this resort twice now the first time was excellent, but this time round i found the grounds where poorly maintained, the swimming pool area was not clean daily, but the room service was good and the staff were very helpful and friendly and i feel safe staying here ,i am going back in July for a 3rd time hopefully it will improve a bit

(Not a bot review) I'm a real person (American) The location is amazing, you're right across from Terminal 21, muay thai gym, lotus grocery store, there are very cheap public transportation (baht bus) always across the street on the corner that will take you straight to central festival mall, or walking street/ pattaya beach. The pool is huge, very clean, and safe. The staff were all amazing, and very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious, and very clean. Great amenities, mini fridge, bathtub, shower with lots of hot water. And the breakfast buffet was really good for the cost. Will definitely be coming back and staying here again.
