もう二度と泊まりません

expedia予約サイトweb上及びCheck in時のハウスキーピング説明が不足していました。 部屋ドアノブに掛かっていた札を外側に掛け外出し帰宅するとハウスキーピングがされていませんでした。 宿泊地的に汗をかいていたので、シャワーを浴びる為、バスタオルが必要であり、HOTELフロントに行くと営業時間内であるはずの時間にフロントの方がいませんでした。 困ったので、expediaカスタマーに連絡をしました。初回に対応してくれた方もなかなかHOTEL側連絡がつかずやっと連絡がとれ直ぐに対応してくれると回答をもらいましたが、１時間３０分待てど暮らせど誰も来なかったので、再度expediaに連絡を入れました。初回とは、違う方が電話応対して頂きまだ、バスタオルが届かない旨を説明したところ初回対応してくれた方の手違いで違うホテルとやり取りをしていたようです。 結論から言うと対応できず泣き寝入りで終了しました。 ハウスキーピング依頼をHOTEL外出時にフロントに伝えなければ掃除・バスタオル交換等を行わないと言う事でした。 今回の一件は、バスタオルが無くハウスキーピングがされていないと言う事でしたが、 もしも、カードキーの不良や問題などが起きて部屋に入れない、締め出された 火災などが起きた場合、不審者が侵入した場合など大きな問題が起こった事を想像すると不安でした。 私達は比較的　タイに行く機会が多く　知人や他のHOTELの手配も出来る知識もあるので大きな問題にはならず 我慢すればよかったのですが、他の方々の為にもオススメはしません。 不備を改善して下さい。 また、expediaもよく使わせて頂くので、今後の対応に役立てて頂ければと思います。 オペレーターの方の失敗もありましたが、外国人のオペレーターの方が日本語で対応してくれて、日本語のやり取りもスムーズに進み理解してくれたと感じます。 期待しております。
