Built in 1922, the villa is spread over two floors and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, six bedrooms and four bathrooms, accommodating up to twelve people. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace, TV, air conditioning, fan, washing machine, dryer, and a baby cot available on request. Outside, you have an open terrace, three balconies and a barbecue, ideal for relaxing with family and friends. The location is strategic: 2 km from Marina di Patti, 12 km from Tindari, 20 km from Laghetti di Marinello, 30 km from Capo D'Orlando, 36 km from Milazzo, 45 km from Etna (Randazzo), 70 km from Taormina and 175 km from Catania airport. Six parking spaces are available. Families with children are welcome. Smoking is not allowed on the property. The villa is equipped with two refrigerators, a pellet stove, a thermoelectric stove and a gas stove. Security cameras and/or audio recording devices are present.
