Sandpiper Run A3R is oceanfront and gorgeous! Totally renovated throughout, this 2-story condo is located on the top two floors in the North wing of building "A" at Sandpiper Run. The main floor has the living area, dining, kitchen, half bath and laundry room. The living area opens to the balcony with magnificent 5th floor view of the beach and ocean. Upstairs is the master suite and two guest bedrooms. The enormous master suite has a king bed, a sitting area with a single sleeper sofa, a private balcony with top floor view, and bathroom with two vanities with sinks, and a walk0in shower with glass enclosure. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and private bath with tub/shower combination. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds and a private bath with walk-in shower. Sandpiper Run offers elevators and luggage carts and there is a reserved, covered parking space for A3R. Sandpiper Run has a large swimming pool complex with cabana and bathrooms, grilling area, and walkway to the beach with a beach shower.
