Newly Updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located on #4 fairway at True Blue Golf Club. No need to check in as there is a door code to get in. Master bedroom has a king bed, TV, Closet and ensuite bathroom. 2nd bedroom has 2 twins, TV and a full bathroom right next door.. All linens are provided. Top 3rd floor unit. Washer and dryer in the unit. Brand new flooring and furniture installed in September 2020. Owner/guest Pools's and spa are steps away.

Kitchen is fully equipped with range, oven, fridge, microwave, dish washer and more.

Spacious living room with lots of light. New sofa, loveseat and New Television in living room.

Enjoy your evenings on the screened in back porch sipping on cocktails after a round of golf.

4 Beach Chairs, Towels and Cooler will be provided in the outside storage closet

True Blue is less than a 1 minute drive. Caledonia Golf Course is 3 minute drive.

Public Beach access is a 5 minute drive.

Long Term Rentals are welcomed. Please contact us for the low rates.

We spent our second spring break at Pawleys Island and it didn’t disappoint! The condo was perfect (again) - clean, had everything we needed, and was close to everything. We enjoyed looking out over the golf course - so peaceful. We often spent afternoons by the pool or relaxing in the screened in porch. We would certainly stay here again.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at this VRBO. It meet and exceeded all of my expectations. The unit is nicely appointed and there was everything I needed. If you are going to be staying near the True Blue/Caledonia golf courses I would highly recommend staying here.

Excellent 3rd floor condo in True Blue neigborhood

The condo is easy to find & we found it had everything we needed for a 3 nt stay. Ample room for 2 couples to relax & use as a base to explore Pawley’s & Murrell’s inlet. Very clean & nicely furnished. It was nice that the owners provide more than just basic supplies which helped greatly.

This was a great property to stay at. I was playing in a golf tournament in the area and this worked perfectly as it was located on one of the courses I was playing. The unit was recently renovated and very cozy. If you are looking to do the beach and family vacation this property is exceptional for that as well with swimming pool access and beach close by. The property owners were great, they communicated with me to be sure I had everything I needed for a great stay and made everything a pleasure. They have all information you would need as a guest right on the sofa table, tv directions on how to work, emergency numbers just in case even menus to area restaurants and other amenities a truly five star experience for me. Thank you

Awesome place to stay!

This is an extremely nice condo to stay in that is located on a golf course and is very peaceful and quiet. Everything we needed was supplied, and we enjoyed all of the amenities. Highly recommended, and we look forward to coming back again soon!

Carolina Getaway

What a great getaway condo for a trip to South Carolina! Clean, well-maintained, we’ll stocked, great pools and at a family friendly location. It was a short drive to the beach, and there were plenty of nearby, shops, restaurants, and activities. A short 40 minute drive took us to a day trip in Myrtle Beach. It’s perfect for the family who wants access to the attractions but likes the smaller less busy community. We would definitely return to this location!
