Located on the second floor of building 52 right next to the stairwell in the wonderfully maintained True Blue golf community. Imagine yourself relaxing by the pool or enjoying a few games of tennis on the courts located just steps from one of the four pools available for your use. Just a five minute drive to the beach, shopping and dining.
This unit features a fully equipped kitchen for the chef at heart, washer/dryer, dishwasher, two TV's (regular TV in the master bedroom and a Smart TV in the living room), beautiful and clean dark hardwood floors, a serene screened in porch, Wifi and central HVAC. Spend a relaxing evening on the comfortable couches in the living room watching a movie on the Smart TV which not only has cable but also has Netflix/Amazon capability with your own account. The condo comes with DVDs, puzzles, books, magazines and other amenities to keep you busy when you are not at the beach!

Perfect Spring Retreat
Great location for our day trips to Hampton Plantation, Hopsewee, Georgetown, and Brookgreen Gardens. Close to great seafood restaurants too. Enjoyed cooking our own breakfast at condo before heading out for our adventures. Nice and quiet at night.

Super clean property on golf course and just off Hwy 17 in PI. Lots to do nearby and short drive to beautiful beach but go early for parking spot. Would definitely stay here again!

Great for our Short Stay
We met some friends staying in Pawleys Island. Since we couldn’t stay the entire week, we rented this condo that was a short drive to the beach. It worked out well since we were able to park at the rental house where our friends were staying.

Perfect for a family of 3-4!
The property was very clean and very serene. There were a lot of places to walk around and explore. It’s a quick drive to the beach, shopping, and dining. It was such a nice relaxing trip. If you have young children or a smaller family, this is a great place to stay! It was very relaxing and accommodating. We will most definitely visit again!!
