The room was a good size and was comfortable and nicely decorated. We appreciated the crockery and cutlery being provided. Spa bath was lovely. Sadly, room was noisy from footsteps on stairs from occupants of the neighbouring apartments. Otherwise very nice

Room was clean and spacious. Unfortunately the fan in the loft bedroom was not working but staff replaced it with a floor fan. It was the hottest time to be in Victoria, 40c. So the unit was very hot. Power outage for 3 hours due to fires in Victoria. This was not the properties problem but no communication

Room opposite the lake was beautiful. It was so quiet. It was exceptionally clean on the inside. Check-in was easy checkout was great. There was a sign on the wall that says that there was some work happening early in the morning but it wasn’t too bad but noted that this was not written anywhere other than on a sign in the wall or mentioned that check-in.

Very conveniently located to catch the ferry to Raymond island. We got the room that had the waterview, it was great to have dinner / morning coffee and watching birds and swans 5 meters away from you.
