Tatty facility. Could not accomodate my request for a patio room. No breakfast at all on first morning. 2nd morning's breakfast was 3-day old bread/bagels + barely warm prepackaged egg product + undone sausage. Yuck! Dining area was not clean. Double Yuck! Bed/pillows were uncomfortable. Sheets would not stay on mattress.

There were drain flys flying in our room, the toilet wasn’t bolted and rocked when you sat on it. The carpet was very dirty

into my room. A swarm of flyinWalkedg bugs were in front of the window and swarming all over the room. I Asked the front clerk for a new room and if she could walk down to see the issue. She refused and called manager on the phone. After hangin up , she said, "my manager said its summer and this time of year there are bugs, so we will not change rooms for you." Keep in mind Im from Payson, grew up and graduated HS here, so I know what should be expected. NOTE: the office had no swarm of bugs flying around, nor any other hotel in payson. No refund and ended up getting a diffeeent hotel. Ill never be back and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! Hotel was gross and dirty!!! Managment and front desk customer service just as bad as the room.

The hotel was clean and accommodating. The employees where polite and very helpful. The breakfast they serve was very good compared to other hotels. It was so good they could not keep up with the customers. We had to wait a while for some foods. Overall, it was a step up from other hotels we stayed at.
