No water pressure so couldn’t shower. Battery on door lock dead so keyless entry didn’t work. Exterior doors didn’t close tightly, we could see light on side of jamb, bathroom floor was dirty and carpet stained and coming up on edges.

Well disappointing. We've been there previously and decided to upgrade to a jacuzzi suite (the tub was nice and clean - hence the 3 instead of 2 stars). We arrived to a giant trash right next to our door (which smelled) apparently hiding a dry wall/plumbing problem (see pic). Then in the early evening no hot water - so much for a bath, although it was repaired later that evening. In addition our patio seemed to be a magnet for dogs peeing (see pic). We had to move our chairs to the lawn or smell dog pee. And lastly the fireplace had melted prior to our arrival which deterred me from using it. All in all; disappointing.

Pros: Room was clean, quiet, and parking right at the door. Breakfast had eggs, sausage, and bacon which all tasted good. Cons: We were in a standard king room on bottom floor, and the room needs some TLC as the wood furniture was pretty chipped up, paint around the bathroom door knob was all worn off as well as a look of wear and tear, could see old water stains on the ceiling where the tub/shower is. Could also use some better towels, as they were thin and rough.

I didn't stay on the reservation that I booked with Hotels.com because the room I paid for just as is pictured right here was not the room that got booked for me. Then it took me hours in a long dragged out horrifying chat just to get a refund just so I could book the room, as pictured here, myself at a higher cost. Hotels.com completely deceived me and then wasted a whole afternoon of my precious time.
