There are many rivers in the immediate vicinity that provide a dream swimming spots and you can enjoy horse riding, canoeing, climbing, mountain biking and fishing in the area, among other things. Caving is also a possibility! You can take beautiful walks in the Bois de Païolive and stroll through the authentic local markets such as Payzac in summer. Overlooking the Salindres valley, Payzac is a village surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, maritime pines and chestnut trees in the heart of southern Ardèche.
