This villa is a newly built, modern holiday home on a hill with a wonderful panoramic view over the green interior of Istria, not far from Pazin and only 25 minutes by car from Porec and the beautiful beaches. On the 1400 m2 fully fenced property with a well-tended lawn, guests of the villa have access to an outdoor pool, a summer kitchen with charcoal barbecue, shower/WC, sun loungers and garden furniture for al fresco dining. For the little ones, there is table tennis and table football as well as a children's playground in the immediate vicinity. There are several covered parking spaces in the courtyard. This beautiful holiday home with pool extends over a total of 200 m2 on two fully air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, dining table and direct access to the pool, garden and covered terrace with garden furniture. There is also a bedroom on the ground floor with its own bathroom and separate toilet. On the upper floor there are two further bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a large covered terrace with wonderful views of the countryside.
